Where can I park my car or motorcycle?
Parking in the village streets is free. The 3 best options for parking are:
1. The town hall square or market square, located in front of the hotel. ATTENTION, the square is closed on market days (see events calendar).
2. The parking lot at the back of the hotel “place de la charmille”.
3. Place du Foirail
Now that you know the 3 closest options, we are sure you will make the right decision.
Are animals welcome?
Small, quiet animals traveling with their equipment (leash, basket, etc.) are welcome. A cleaning fee of 15€/stay (regardless of the length of your stay) will be charged to allow for a thorough cleaning.
Noisy, dirty animals or animals that cause a nuisance to the guests of the Hotel or Restaurant are not welcome.
Category 1 and 2 dogs and animals requiring a permit are not permitted.
Do you offer a long stay promotion?
We also offer a discounted rate for stays of five nights or more. The discount is automatically applied on our site.
A rate for monthly stays (28 days or more) is also available. Please consult us.
How can I pay for my reservation with an ANCV holiday voucher?
In any case, we recommend that you make your reservation directly through our website.
At the time of booking, a payment will be requested to confirm your reservation. 2 possible cases:
– If the reservation is made more than 15 days before your scheduled arrival date, you will have to pay the first night’s fee. Only the CB is available for this purpose. The rest (other nights, extras, tourist tax) can be paid on the spot with ANCV holiday vouchers.
– If the reservation is less than 15 days from your scheduled arrival date, leave at the payment stage and contact us by phone. We will be able to block your credit card (you will not be debited), confirm your reservation and you will be able to pay for your stay, extras and tourist tax with ANCV holiday vouchers.

What are the breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Arrival and departure times?
Thanks to the self-service access, you are free to arrive whenever you want. Rooms are usually ready by 3:00 pm.
You just have to contact us by phone when you arrive. Our line is available until 22:00.
Cleaning of the rooms from 11:00 am.
What about food intolerances?
We have all the necessary equipment to prepare meals adapted to people with gluten intolerance (celiacs) and lactose intolerance. Please inform us of your food intolerances at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before your arrival date.
